Some know Tiesha as mom, business owner, sister and friend. But to everyone she is known as The Strategy Coach (Coach Tie). Tiesha is all about helping women navigate life when life tries to get them off course. Coach Tie is very familiar with Life’s challenges and knows that they aren’t meant to be faced alone, yet they are intended to be faced head on.
Over the last 20 years she has navigated life of single parenting of 3 thriving children while running a business as a hair stylist, hair loss recovery specialist and managing her hair and skin care line. All of this while grieving the lost of her mother, her best friend.
From loss, to single parenting, to singleness, and health challenges she has been able to find a way to navigate throughout life and help those she meets do the same.
Coach Tie has a way to make you laugh, cry but most importantly help you push through life’s twists and turns better and stronger.

Initially I wasn't sure what to expect during our first session, but after our first session I was excited for the next one. I did 2 months of coaching with Tie and fell in love with her. Her technique of guiding you through the process definitely gives you the space to look within and come up with those "aha" moments. Some moments did not feel good, but she comforted me and gave me space to feel as I healed. Coach Tie is patient and ensures that you get out the session what you intended. I highly recommend her.
Coach Tie has a way with creating and holding a space for her clients. By shifting my perspective she helped me see the opportunities in my challenges. Opposed to being stuck she guided me to seeing the positive things around me that brought me joy and energy. The best thing she gave me was the serenity prayer, accepting the things I cannot change.
